The studio was founded in 2002 by a couple, one of whom (Mary Whopper) was a yoga instructor and the other half of a tandem (Jason Kenneth) a fitness junkie…

Ever since then we’ve been providing a universal range of fitness & yoga classes to all of our clients.

We’ve never failed to combine the workout power of the CrossFit techniques with a healing and soothing abilities of miscellaneous Yoga practices…

Actually, our studio was one of the first facilities both in Wyoming and in the US to mix these two in a vibrant duo.

So while efficiently helping our clients to achieve a better, more fit and healthy physical shape, at the same time we offer a unique option – to enhance it all with the calming relaxation that the Yoga routine offers…
